Dear Friend,

I have one simple question to ask you:   Can you relate - some way or the other to what I just told you above?

If so, I have terrific news for you, and this could be the single most profitable - and single MOST IMPORTANT thing you read all year...

Are You already running a project on your own? Or maybe you're the chief executive, the owner or the CEO of your company, with or without a successful project or enterprise? - No matter what, you know you'd give an arm and a leg to either have one, or to be able to finish off the lemon with which you're stuck right now...

But, before we move on... First of all, let me ask you this:

A grand? - Ten grand? - A million?   Or maybe even several hundred millions or more?

I don't know, and only you can truly answer that, as you're the one that should know where the pressure is in your organisation...

Now!   Let me simply ask you another simple question...

Is your project already successfully raking in the cash?   Is it already the Kick-Ass Money-Machine it SHOULD BE -   Raking in - by the tens of thousands - or by the millions?

If not, you need to be 100% certain you make it successful and make an enormous amount of money in the Year 2005... which... of course... is just around the corner.

Why?

Well... Good question, and the short answer is:

"YOU CANNOT AFFORD
ANYTHING LESS
HONESTLY!"

The LONGER answer:

We're now living the most turbulent times after the ww2 both in this country - and probably in the entire world.

Just take a look at all that's going on. ..The Iraqi war and the conflict in the Middle East in general.

As direct result, the US dollar has never been so low for as long as most anyone can remember. And if you don't live in the USA, and believe this has nothing to do with you - you couldn't be farther from the truth...

Just take a quick look at the stock exchange.   If you've been following the news a little bit on this topic, you will already know how changes in the US ALWAYS - more or less instantly - influences the stock exchanges all over   the world on the instant - NO exceptions!

And, the war in Iraq, and the situation in the Middle East, just enhances the situation we're in now - more than you could ever imagine...

Sure: By this time next year, there may be peace and quiet... Oil prices may once again be back to where they were some few months ago.   There may be peace and democracy - Or, there could be a bigger mess than ever, draining the United Nations - and The US economies of hundreds and hundreds of billions MORE EVERY week.

Precious Tax Payer monies wasted faster than you can even say the word 'Billionaire'...

..And what about heating, electricity and gasoline cost?   Can you ever remember prices being so steep - EVER ?

I sure cannot - but what about you?

Same thing with economies - ALL around the world (Not just in the US or the UN... No! This wave of misfortune is sweeping the world these days like the plague in the dark ages - threatening the well being and the welfare of every individual and organization EVERYWHERE!   But, don't take my word for it.   Just take a honest look around you - and find out for yourself if you didn't already.)

A year from today, everything may be back to god old stable times.   And maybe even everybody will be back to their jobs - plenty of money and peaceful times... again...   But, maybe not...   A worse scenario; unemployment will continue rising - up to the 30% mark and above, with hundreds of millions of people struggling simply to survice...   ..Or maybe it will be somewhere in between?

Oh... So you don't care about terrorism you say...   It doesn't concern you... It's so darn far away...

Well, rest assured my friend... Someday, just someday terrorism will reach your country too, as it did USA with Pentagon and the Twin Towers - New York. Rest assured!

Besides, whether it hit you in the head or not - it still doesn't matter - as the shock-waves will hit you in your head - just as sure as moth will flock around light bulb-lamps, burning their wings in middle of darkness...

But, hopefully - NOTHING worse than what's going on already will happen - Sure!   I hope not too - don't get me wrong!   However, the point is...

No matter what will happen, you will need to take precautions and prepare more than ever before, for the times ahead!

You simply have NOTHING to lose or waste carelessly these days (as if you ever had that luxury... ever...)

- You need to have a private - as well as a Corporate battle plan up your sleeves, dealing with the times we're facing ahead - right now.

No my friend... You simply have NO resource to squander - WHAT-SO-EVER on stupid games and feeble guesses... And - you simply cannot afford to play roulette with your hard-earned assets whether you're a one man show, an entrepreneur - or a multinational corporation with billions and billions of dollars to spend.  You simply cannot afford the striking consequences.

Please, read those words ONCE MORE!

And I should know...   ..Yes, I know from the Projects I've been running so far, that way to many millions and billions are wasted EVERY year down the sewers of make believe and pretence...

(Ohh...! And by the way... Did you ever hear the word "Pro-Active"? Heck - NEVER have MORE monies EVER been WASTED FASTER than behind the COVER-UP of this simple - seemingly INNOCENT phrase... Ho-Hum! Don't believe me? Well, tough luck to you, because you're the one who will continue suffering the consequences... But... read on... and hear me out...)

I've seen (AND experienced) - way to many corporate entities throwing out good monies for bad... AND, simply so, for no good reason at all.   So many times I've experienced this, that I've wanted to sit down and cry my eyes out... And I tell you, It IS UGLY when that happens!

Especially so, when you're the one assigned to clean up the mess - WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE DOING THE MOST!

BUT - I always feel like crying when the CEO's (..or the executives - by order from the board, the shareholders or the CEO) who hired me doesn't seem to care whether I do a good job or not... People... Who doesn't seem to really want their problems solved - the problems they hired me to take care of in the first place...

Which of course is NO alternative once I'm on the task, because then - You're gonna' get whatever I have up my sleeves, in order to give you what I've promised to bring you in EASIER operation and FAST PROFITS!   And, if you try obstructing me from doing my thing - so help you god, and if that's you, you'd better not hire me - or anyone like me in the first place!

Because I can promise you this much:

You're gonna' get whatever you asked for... Whatever you told me you wanted - and possibly way much more!   And to tell you the truth - I've more than had my share with CEO's and 'top-brass' telling me to hit them with EVERYTHING I've got... - Hit it hard, bringing in the fungolas like nothing they've hardly seen before...

Look!

I may not have all the answers (and I don't need to) - or the most "formal" education in the world to begin with... (..I don't need that either - and neither do you - we need results - tangible and sensible results...

..which I suspect is a humongous source of pain, grief and envy to some, when I enter a project where my peers have had to throw in the towels...

STILL - that doesn't justify anything - BECAUSE evidence WILL ALWAYS speak for itself.)   AND - when it comes down to bottom line...

When it comes down to that my friend; There is no excuse for throwing away the results, the profits you cry at night for, just because the man you hired did not hold the "proper" degree or scholarships...

I don't care what you say.   If your master executive, or your 11 year bachelor or university doctorate - and graduate cannot cut it - there's no way you can put all that theory above the STUFF THAT WILL HUNT DOWN AND BRING YOU THE MOOLAH... Or is there...

You tell me.
What would you rather have:

A tough mouthed self-declared Project Guru that delivers the goods, tells it to you straight in your face - and deals with the problem NO EXCEPTIONS - delivers the results you need and wants...

Or would you chose to still use the over-graduate that never will be able to tell a shuffle from a spade?

In other words:
I've been in more than my share of projects and assignments - with highly educated and "qualified" people - years and years of formal study - reading all kinds of stuff - only witnessing them never to successfully being able to TRANSFORM that knowledge into PROPER ACTION!

So... How could that be?

Now, let me be the first to tell you this:

Yes!
That's RIGHT!   I DON'T!

Besides, if you know nothing else - KNOW THIS:

I have probably read more stuff than most of these graduates anyways - on the subjects of Psychology, Economy, Marketing, Meta Physics, Philosophy - and what have you?   And still, I far from know it all, and I have no pretence I ever will, which is one of my most valuable assets... (hmnnn? How could that be...?)

However, I did NOT follow any study plan.   I READ AND CHOSE MOST EVERY WORD MYSELF - SIMPLY BECAUSE I WANTED TO - AND MORE IMPORTANTLY - SIMPLY BECAUSE I FOUND IT f-u-n TO DO - AND BECAUSE I TRULY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THIS GUY - OR THIS GAL HAD FOR OPINION ON THE MATTER, and WHEN it was juicy enough - I decided to go for the ride

THEN...

The GRAND FINALE:

Now, let me share with you another secret: (And, unfortunately, some of the people reading this, will feel hurt or offended - But, it has to be said, so it must stand its own test, so...)

Hardly EVER do I pretend that I know what I don't.   Besides, I am able to tell when someone - like in my crew - is BETTER equipped to pull it off than I - or not!   And usually, I'm very well equipped to tell eventually, when people are plain lying in my face... (..which by the way is another useful asset in your toolchest...)

AND - when they (my crew) are better equipped - they are the ones who will pull the trigger - SIMPLY (and simple) - So I can focus more on what I'm BETTER at.

Ahh - okay - I do that stupid mistake once in a while too - but - reality forces me to adapt - or I will not get paid... So there is no excuse - there is no useless degree to hide behind (no pun intended, so I hope none is taken) - and more importantly - NO - ONE SHOULD EVER BE ALLOWED TO HIDE INCOMPETENCE BEHIND A VEIL OF "EDUCATION", diplomas or DEGREES anyways...

Because, you - and more importantly:

Your organisation - no matter small or big - no matter governmental or private sector - SIMPLY CANNOT AFFORD IT!

Sure, you can, and most probably you WILL survive in the short run... BUT - what about tomorrow?   Or even... further down the road - like next year - or five - ten years from now...

Sure, there may be turmoil in the Middle East, and other vital parts of the world - there may still be a war in Iraq - and next year, things may be even worse - terrorism and all things climbing down your chimney for x-mas...

BUT - what are you prepared to do about it?

But, I guess things doesn't always work that way - SO, if that is you - my best advice would be

NEVER TO ASK FOR IT - UNLESS YOU'RE TRULY READY TO ACCEPT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR WISHES!

Because, when you're getting hold of the RIGHT resources, it's just like in the fairy tales... like:

(Ever - ever heard of that one before? - You didn't only think it was reserved for the fairy tales now did you?)

BUT, my friend... Can you deal with it? Can you handle the consequences, the results when they arrive on you - or will you simply try to kill the guy who gave it to you - for some - or any other stupid reason...?

..like for instance - jealousy, envy, fear, contempt because it was not you that did it, - even though you had all these degrees and diplomas - and the fact that this guy simply "had none” - but still maybe knows more on the subject than most guys out there - so loaded with degrees that you could cringe... So, in reality - as with anything in life - there are two options:

• #1 - You pretend; and thus pretend to deal with the facts - while in reality you chose to be blinded by all the glitter of the world - the make-up and the show for sake of show itself... or...

• #2 - You make your choice based on FACTS - and if those facts shows or tells you that this feels like "shit" - and that things are a pile of "crap" - and THEN - you deal with that - and let the people who know how...

..BRING YOU THE RESULTS
YOU TOLD THEM YOU WANTED!

- THEN - and only then - YOU'RE MAN - OR WOMAN ENOUGH TO STAND FOR THE CHANGES BOUND TO HAPPEN - AND YOU'RE GRATEFUL FOR IT - BECAUSE THIS "NO-DEGREE THUG" WHO THINKS FOR HIMSELF - SERVES MORE PROFITS THAN YOU'D EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE - ON A SILVER PLATTER...   What about that?

So, which one are you?

Honestly, I don't care - because - unless you fall into category #2 - I truly don't care - And I will NOT help you for any reason what-so-ever!

NO, not that I am not able to.

Rather quite the contrary.   AND - you'd urgently need my services MORE than ANYONE else - AND I'd be the one that could cut it CLEAN for your project or your assignment

- BUT most probably I wouldn't even bother with the humiliation I'd get from you once money and results - once AGAIN are pouring into your long astray, havocked project or venture...

No - Rather - and most probably - POURING IN LIKE nothing you've ever known before - BUT, I couldn't care less - Because I've had my share of people like that - Giving me head-aches and un-necessary grief where none were called for in the first place - NONE - WHAT-SO-EVER!

And, as far as I can control - I'm done with that. And I don't need the money that bad either.   So, in short - if that's you - I don't even care how loaded with cash - or how important you are...

Because - you see , I'm not your ordinary guy, with the ordinary tool-chest and the meager, ordinary results. - And quite FRANKLY, I don't care one IOTA about diplomas, degrees or years spent in a prison cell called school...  

I only care about the person behind the diploma - and what that person TRULY is capable of doing, being or delivering - AND there is NO way you can make me believe a diploma or degree will tell me that an important thing about any person.

BUT! - You fall into category #2, more concerned with the well being of your business, your people and staff - and you are the man - or - woman who can - if not easily (who truly can...) admit and adapt to your mistakes - WITHOUT making everyone and their dog suffer for it - Wasn't that what I heard you say - just a second ago...?

Big mouth? Sure... Maybe so... BUT, I can afford to, because I wouldn't cry out like this, UNLESS I had a RECORD - and happy clients to back this up with... Like this once... This important client alone paid this invoice of approx $600.000.00 in just 3 days because of my doings for them in one of my assignments... (Not bad heh? Especially when considering this was for something that had NOTHING to do with my projects for them at all...

..And all I just did - was tell the division responsible to refer to my latest DOINGS for this particular client... BESIDES, prior to this, this client STUBBORNLY REFUSED to pay a single cent what-so-ever (..and... according to the service they'd gotten before, I'd say they would be in their right minds to refuse... anyways... that's quite another story, which I had no part in... BUT... ONE single sentence from me - and EVERYTHING was PAID in FULL - WITHIN 3 SINGLE DAYS...)

OKAY! So... I'm bragging again... Ain't I...? Anyways, as you come to realize what this would mean - in HARD cash - to you, I think you'd be a little proud to!
